More people would want to watch it because it's blocking out a big chunk of the queer community that watch the show. I think it would give the show a lovely little shake up and keep it fresh. There's absolutely, in my opinion, no reason why they couldn't be. I just don't know why it's taken so long at this point to be honest. I did a drag king look on Canada Vs the World so obviously that's something I'm very passionate about – getting drag kings on Drag Race. It brings variety to performance as well as the fact that everyone deserves a seat at the table, regardless of what gender you happen to be assigned at birth. Diversity is just always going to be a plus in every sense. I think that kind of goes without saying for me, because I'm known to not really shut up about it. People ask: 'Why is Pride so important?' and 'Why do you still need a Pride?' – I think for this very reason. Very much touching on what you said about, we all need to come together as a community. It's just horrific what we're seeing being said about the trans and non-binary community. There's so much discourse unnecessarily – I don't even know if you can call it that. I don't know about you or if it's just me, but I can barely go on Twitter or any social media platform at the moment. Why is Pride so important to you personally? Yes, it should be more about everyone coming together and supporting each different area of the community. ![]() I don't know, it feels different and feels needed more than ever, in my opinion. I feel like pride is very reverent this year. ![]() And there's some amazing, amazing people on the line-up as well. So, it's amazing to be that side of the stage and it's where I love to be. I was going to Pride in London before I even started doing drag. You're going to be on the stage at Pride in London this year, does that feel like a dream come true for you? ![]()
